Jim Losell was amazing to work with. He responded quickly, efficiently, and was beyond patient. We had tons of hoops to jump through with underwriting although we got preapproved, and provided every document that underwriting asked for. Through the entire process Jim was truly awesome to work with. He is very knowledgeable and you can clearly tell he has been doing this for a long time. We finally closed today after 9 months on our beautiful forever home!
