they don't like answering the phone I wait about ten minutes hang up and call the fnb in Reedsville they answer right away that's why I like that branch

I never had an issue at this bank ever and I been going there for two years straight and just fine

I have been "holding" for at least 20 minutes As a new customer, I am not pleased at all. Service is terrible.
