Jersey Shore State Bank, Lock Haven, PA

Their hours are very strange and, limited. I always have to search when they’re open before I make a trip over there because times are never consistent. I don’t get my mail until 4:30pm and I just about always get paid on a Saturday when they close at 12pm. Thus, I always end up having to wait until Monday to cash my check. I don’t know many other banks that close as early as this one and it’s Such a hassle to be forced to wait an extra 3 days to get paid. Lines are slow as well and, there can be such long lines with not only people but cars outside. Every time I go in there, i only see 3 people working. So no wonder why service is so slow. I’d change banks if I could.

I would also agree that the drive through is always slow. Also had an issue with the new ATM machine outside.

Been a little better within the past month or two, which is why it's not getting one star. Hopefully a good sign of things to come there.

Very disappointed at the service I have been getting here as of late, I'm a 20 plus year customer and currently looking at my local options!
