We are first-time home buyers and Nate Thimons at Foxhill Mortgage coached us through this process that we knew nothing about with ease and expert guidance. I was 100% confident that everything was going to be set up the best possible way with the best terms available as he is extremely knowledgeable in his industry. He was spot on with every single bit of information he gave me and instantly knew the answers to every question I asked. Trust me when I say that I asked a TON of questions over the course of almost 2 years, which was the amount of time it took us to find a home we loved. Since we were looking to buy during the pandemic in an abnormal housing market, we needed pre-approval letters at the drop of a hat, and Nate came through even in the rare cases when I had to contact him outside of typical office hours.
