OneMain Financial, Lower Burrell, PA

Andrew is very rude and absolutely refuses to help when they made an accounting error on their end and double charged me. They refuse to fix it.

I've been using them for years when emergency money has been needed fast. The staff for the most part has always been courteous, barring 1 "mis-communication" that happened years ago. When you get a loan, it's not the greatest rate, but approval process was fast and easy, so works out great in a pinch. Now, I'm financially fine, but I would definitely consider One Main in the future if I needed money in an emergency.

Kierra was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable, helped my loan be approved all in one day. Kierra is very professional, and has a wonderful friendly personality. She certainly is a people person, you did well when you hired her.

I got a loan from them and they were really nice at first. *****Warning, don't try and pay it off early!!!***** I refinanced my house and wanted to pay off my loan. They sent me a letter and gave me a pay off amount. I forwarded that amount to my lender and they took the correct steps to pay it off...as per One main's instructions....we called it a day. Because one main had us send it to a lock box, the Lower Burrell Branch did not get the payment till 4 days after the pay off date. The check however was dated for the date that was quoted to me. The letter stated there would be a $3.63 charge if the payment was late. I had no idea I was late neither did my lender. NOW fast forward 2 months. They now want $290.00 in interest on the $3.63 or they will not release my title. The manager was horrible to me and hung up on me. My lender sent a letter that said if you do not accept payoff to contact the lender. One main's response to this was..."We get a lot of letters". Did I mention they marked my credit report PAID IN FULL? All over $3.63 and a bill that was in fact Paid in full. I was never, EVER so disrespected by a gentleman in all of my life. Perfect as long as you are paying them. The moment they don't have your money anymore. you're garbage. Buyer beware!!!

In the Lower Burrell office, Ashley and Kim are always wonderful to work with....kind, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable! I have been going there for years to consolidate and help rebuild my credit...5+ stars!!!

Not sure how this office is even operating. I’ve been with OneMain since 2019 and had zero problems received two loans between 2019 and 2021. New management took over this location. No one knows how to answer a phone or returns calls. I called months ago for pay off, zero return calls back. Had to call the corporate support line to get information. Was seeking a new loan submitted everything that was requested in the same day it was requested. Took three weeks to hear back? I called the corporate support line again last week to find out the loan was approved. However, due to the lack of professionalism I rejected the loan. Left several voicemails no return calls.

I use the Hillcrest Shopping Center branch and Donovan is efficient courteous and quick I would recommend him to anyone
