My back was against the wall because I was out of state and running out of time. They waited until the last minute for me to sign papers and then the loan terms changed. I didn't even need them because of my high 800s score and had the cash to do a good deal anywhere. They were extremely friendly until I signed the contract and then became cold and condescending immediately after I signed contract.

Worst customer service ever, avoid at all costs!! Trust me, look elsewhere!! plenty of other finance sources!!

We have used Navitas Credit to finance four trucks for our business now. The agent Phil McClurkin has been top notch in customer service, going out of his way each time to make sure the process is as easy as can be and completed ahead of our expectations. Can not recommend Phil and this business enough!!!
