My husband and I reached out to Fairway Loans after trying several other companies that said they could help and after wasting so much of our time to be told they do not deal with rental properties or our AGI had to be the same as our income … ridiculous! Next we met Mark and the meet was again so relaxed, informative, and he treated us with respect and appreciation something you did not often get from lenders. No bank or institution would give us the time of day when a business opportunity presented itself to us that was too good not to pursue. A friend told us to call Fairways- I am so glad they did.
