Hidden fees up the wazoo. Northwest is borderline fraudulent with changing account types without authorization and not changing them back even when they tell you they did so. I started accumulating fees because of this and they refused to refund me even though I never signed anything to be in the tiered accounts. Your money is better served in a high yield bank like Ally or Sofi. Better customer service there too.

A nice branch bank with helpful staff. Their knowledge of products and services helped a lot.

Not very welcoming. I was sitting in their lot waiting for them to open when I guy approached me asking what I was doing there and staying that it was a private lot. I should be able to sit in my vehicle in peace when waiting for the business to open. I guess I'll just go to a different location for my banking business.
