Very friendly staff easy to set up an account. I would recommend anyone to go especially if they have children with a job.

Horrible experience. Went to pull cash out of the ATM and an error popped up on the screen due to no money in the ATM. I ended up having to wait inside the branch since the ATM debited my account but dispensed no cash. They ended up telling me my money was gone and that I would have to wait to receive those funds back into my account days later after the ATM claim was processed. So not only did I waste my time, but they didn't seem to care even though my funds were now debited and I didn't receive a penny. So I basically gave them my money because their ATM had no money in it. That's awesome.. great service.

Pin for my debit card was forgotten due to personal reasoning called asked them to send it to my house in september on the 9th it is november and still havent recieved my pin reset n ive called /10x atleast

Absolutely horrible bank if you want access to your money do not use this bank all they do is lie and take your money have had them for two weeks and have been in the negative 3 times cause they hold your checks for up to five days even if it was a citizen bank check they can’t even cover their own checks very bad bank to use would not recommend to anyone to use them

The entire staff was fired last year due to ethics violations. I moved my money elsewhere.

Zita helped us out so much and she was so so friendly. I didn't get an email for a survey but she's so amazing. 10/10 recommend her service and citizens bank

Customer service is useless. This is the 3rd time the ATM has ate my card and of course they aren't open normal banking hours and close at 4 so I can't even go inside to get it back.

Citizens does not want customers speaking to real people. I had a disgusting experience at Citizens and will be moving all accounts elsewhere. I am better than to be expected to speak to a hole in the wall.
