George Dunning, Jennifer fendt, Ryan clouse, Ruth boder, Matt ritenour, Katie epstein all discriminate on any type of ownership loans. They refused to talk about new & young farmers loans as well as usda & nrcs options. I'm supposed to have a multimillion dollar business before i can borrow money. They use personal opinions & not my settlement paper work facts. I am completely out of work due to this. My mother & aunts sold the home farm.

A few years ago I needed a loan for a piece of property. They are super easy to deal with and very helpful. Also, every year you get money back from being a stockholder. I would highly recommend using them versus a big major bank. The customer service is wonderful and very easy to deal with. Once I’m ready to start construction, I know that I will go with Verizon for my construction loan.
