I would give ten stars if that were possible. Tracy went above and beyond to help us open new accounts. She had a caring spirit and showed genuine concern my sister’s questions were answered. Brittany finished up the process with the same kind care. They are both Rock Stars in our book! Thank you ladies. This is banking as it should be!

I have always found that Citizens Bank is the type of organisation that tries very hard to help, especially when one needs it. I’ve been with them for about 20 years and as long as they continue on the road that they have carved for themselves, I will stay with them. It’s a good road. Much better than any other bank that I have ever been with.

I have been banking with Citizens for 15 years. They provide wonderful customer service and everyone who works there is very friendly. They are a joy to do business with.

Always a quick & easy experience, friendly & helpful staff

I went in for a savings account a month ago and was impressed by the service received. Later on, I acquired a credit card and continue to be pleased with the service, professionalism and class of this office. The women here are well dressed, knowledgeable, and treat clients with respect. The best!

On February 6th 2023, I learned a teller at this branch did not follow Citizen Bank protocol when closing out an account (as simple as obtaining two forms of identification). In fact, the teller closed out my account and handed over my money to a fraudulent person. I’m still waiting for the bank to correct their mistake and hand me my money. I informed this branch of their mistake hours before the their fraudulent withdraw and issued bank check cleared. And I’m still waiting to be refunded. I was forced to give this branch one star in order to post my review.

Atm has been broken for close to 2 weeks. Bank closed literally as I walked out of the atm vestibule.
