The customer service at this bank is outstanding. I feel welcome when I am inside the branch and the drive-through is quick and efficient. Most importantly, they take care of all of my banking needs in a timely and professional manner.

The NBT Milford Location is the best banking Branch I could ever reccommend! Ever since I was young, My parents have been banking with them specifically. It only made sense, that I too, follow suite. And let me proudly say, not a day goes by where I regret my choice in making them my primary and only bank. This establishment is beyond words. I owe it to the phenominal Staff/tellers for their unwavering support and consistent assistance. The Staff is not only personable and kind but profoundly professional. They truly take pride in their work and ensuring that your needs are met. I am truly grateful to have a place of business I can place my trust in. With that being said, 5 stars is not enough and I encourage their business to the fullest.

Everytime I come in I feel unwelcomed. I am not a frequent banker. I am uneducated about some things. They almost laugh at me when I come in. I keep meaning to switch banks but I literally don't even want to go inside anymore.

I love this bank and the people who work here It’s always a quick and easy process getting anything you need done The staff is so kind and great with customers, as well as each other I’m young and have lots of questions, I’m still learning and they’re always patient and help break things down for me!
