Late last year, before the increase of interest rates, he called me to see if I had thought about refinancing. I had thought about it, but had been so busy that I kept putting it off. Ken did a calculation of how much I would save by refinancing, he figured out the game plan and he did all the work. Ken shaved 8 years off on my mortgage while only adding $20 to my monthly payments. I forget how much he said I would save in interest, but I do know that after refinancing $100 more goes towards principle per payment. The guy mortgages. Anyway, I would totally recommend Ken and his team. I have had nothing but good experiences with all of them. Really nice people that know what they are doing.
