Staff is friendly and the fees are much better than banks! Almost feel like family with some of the tellers!

Staff is always friendly and as helpful as they can be. I do not like the 5$ fee that is incurred to do something as simple as reproducing a bank statement or making a payment with a card. They are not even allowed fax documents to another financial institution upon request by the customer. This all makes banking with them much less user friendly.

HORRIBLE. I would rate them a 0 if that was possible. I went and refinanced my truck with an actual reliable bank and they decided not to tell me one of my last payments “didn’t actually go through” until about 6 months after the fact. So not only did my credit score drop severely due to their neglect, they also continued to charge an interest fee to the amount until it became a even larger payment and then said there’s nothing they could do about it even though I hadn’t known. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I absolutely love coming in here, the people are so sweet! it feels like family whenever I walk in the door, they always remember me and are beyond helpful with any questions or concerns I may have!

We had to get a loan. I am not happy we went through this credit union. At first everything went smooth and they seemed to know what they were doing. Pros: The staff are very friendly and it was a quick and easy process to get a loan. Cons: Once it came time to pay it, the process has been nothing but a headache. They tell us we could do one thing and then it ends up we can’t do this or that just to pay it. Every single month when we go in to pay this loan they need some type of new information from us. When the previous month they tell us we are good to go. Every single month it’s a damn headache just to pay it. They need to get their act together and do everything at once so this doesn’t happen each and every month. And not just tell us “oh you’re good to go”. I really regret doing this loan through them just for this reason. It’s incredibly annoying. It’s a million step process just to pay a loan!!! I have never had any issues with any credit unions before. I will never do another loan or anything through this company again.

Horrible experience. Am currently disputing my credit score over these incompetent people. I would NEVER recommend them. You have to beg them to take your money to apply a payment to your loan. Just absolutely HORRIBLE.
