I have banked with Standard for more than a decade. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The full array of banking products for personal and business give them the ability to help most everybody in an affordable way.

Great bank. Everyone is very friendly.

The girls are very pleasant and kind there. When you go in they tell you to call the 1-800 number if you have a problem. Then you sit on hold for 2 hours because they cannot help you at this branch. I would rather just keep my money at my own home instead of having it at this bank. They hold your paycheck for days and only get $125 on Friday if you do not have direct deposit. In this day and age how can anyone live on $125 for Friday and then you get another $125 on Saturday . And you really don’t receive your full amount till Monday. I would never recommend Dollar Bank to anyone. I have not enjoyed my experience with this bank at all. Like I had stated at the the beginning of all this the tellers and the management at this bank is very nice and pleasant but the customer service they had with Standard Bank is not the same.
