Absolutely worst bank I had ever dealt with. Multiple occasions I had talk to the manager Elizabeth, she was not helpful and extremely inconsiderate. She was ridiculous about everything. I had called, after multiple days after I canceled an order, to have them release the hold on my account and she stated she couldn’t without authorization form the place I canceled the order. I told her I had the cancellation confirmation email and she said that wouldn’t work. So I called the company and asked them to send over another one with a letter head in which she asked for. She then said no that won’t do. I have never had such a hard time accessing my own money. She would not on freeze my account until next week because that’s the time frame of the hold. No money was even pulled out from where I canceled the order and that place was helpful and sent everything she requested. She was very rude about everything and when I initially called a girl named Amanda laughed when I asked them to release the hold after several days. This is only one issue I had. I’ve had multiple and Elizabeth had been awful each instance. Definitely do not recommend.
