PALCO Federal Credit Union, Muncy, PA

I've been with PALCO for over 20 years and can say that they have exponentially gone down hill lately. For starters, they still aren't open on Saturdays and that alone is a huge hinderance on any hard working person. This is also the only account I have (bank or credit card) that's been hacked multiple times. Their loan process is severely outdated as well, tried to purchase a new truck and all they would do is an 80% loan at 11% interest... went right to another credit union and got a 100% at 5%. Lastly, even getting ahold of anyone there is a task, just this morning trying to dispute another fraudulent charge I was instructed to call another company to do so. I would honestly steer clear if you have the choice.

Opened up a new account and signed up for a credit card and auto loan. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also cant beat the rates.

My home based CU is in Michigan, however, due to my moving to PA, I use shared branching, and Palco is one of the ones I use. Right from day one, everyone there has been very friendly and helpful. After going in just a few times, I was caught off guard when they asked me about my upcoming wedding, not too many places remember little details like that, needless to say, things like that make you feel important. I highly recommend this CU!

I have never been to a better Credit Union then Palco Federal Credit Union. They are always there for you, they help you with your questions and concerns.
