Not a place where I would do business. We went in to close the account of our late daughter, had the certificates we needed, but we were told we needed a FUNERAL bill. Now we have to drive two hours to another branch tomorrow, they said we do not need a funeral bill. Thanks for nothing

Their overdraft fee is horrible !!!!! My first commonwealth never charges me when I go negative ! Neither does chime! Dollar bank charges you almost 40 dollars even if you only go negative by a few cents!! They'll keep charging you daily too!!! Closing up my account today!

If you don't make more than 5 transactions on your card a month they'll charge you for that. Definitely don't start an account here if your only looking to keep money in here and not use it much.

Ridiculous overdraft fees and service charges

Friendly staff. Only negative is that I wished that they had Saturday hours or that they were at least opened later in the evening.
