Very rude! My banking app said that this was a shared banking branch so I stopped in to make a withdrawal. The lady who came out of the back to help me seemed agitated that a customer was there. I asked her if they had an ATM to which she said no. I then asked if I could make a shared branch withdrawal. That was apparently not the right thing to ask her because she was very irritated that she had to get out her shared banking paperwork to process the transaction. At that point, I had enough of her rude attitude. I asked if it was going to take a while and she was like, “Well yeah, it’s going to take a while.” So I took my driver’s license back, said I would go find an ATM, explained that I wasn’t upset or anything and that I was simply inquiring about a shared banking transaction. So to the crabby teller closest to the entry door who waited on me at 1150 on 12/4/19, sorry to have inconvenienced you! I’m glad I don’t bank with this place...

I have been with this Credit Union for 30 years. The Workers are always. . Friendly! Helpful, And always strive to help in all banking situations. AWESOME

Always nice stopping in. Very friendly staff, clean, fast, accurate. Never had a single issue. Even after I moved to another county I kept my account and drive out of my way, it's worth it, I have a major branch literally across the street but I'm keeping my FCU.

Members of my family have been customers of R-S Bellco for many years. The service and staff have been outstanding. A special thank you to Christina. She is extremely knowledgeable and responsive.
