It's a bank how can't it be good...

"Sundra" is as rude as they come. I had an account at ntb for over five years - the entire time I was allowed to cash my husbands payroll checks (he is not on the account - but we had explained the situation when the account was opened & we were told it was fine). I left work early to drive to the bank to deposit his che k (since they now hold mobile deposits sn extra day) & Sundra decided now it is a problem. Dhe then called me on the phone to in a very rude way tell me it would not happen again It is obvious you don't care about your customers i called another small local.branch & explaied my dituation & they ere eager to et upman account - don't waste your time here

Best bank ive ever belonged to. The customer service is amazing, very personable. I also like the hours.
