Mark Lauer is one of the best loan officers I've delt with. He makes you believe he cares. Mark stays in touch with you every step of the way. Once your loan is complete he will follow up to see if you need additional funds and he will try to get you the best deal. Only downside to these capital loans is the $350 funding fee. Besides that everything is 5 stars.
