From the start of the process until settlement (and after!) they were always available, responded quickly, and made the process seem easy. They have a great team that keeps you updated throughout, works to get you the best loan, and keeps the process moving in a timely manner. We closed on the date we needed and they were at settlement and made that seamless. We cannot thank them enough and would recommend to anyone!

The team at MortgageCS were a fantastic partner and resource during our home search and home buying process. Ben and Alec were quick and responsive and able to provide us with pre-approval letters very quickly when we had to meet tight offer deadlines. Once we had an accepted offer, Ben was able to walk us through all the financing options available to us and was even there to calm our nerves when the appraisal came up short of the offer and we thought the whole deal would fall through. In fact, Ben was able to show us a way to use that low appraisal to ultimately put us in a better financial situation than we were expecting. With the deal finalized, we were introduced to Melissa who walked us through the remaining steps to secure funding. She was informative, organized, and patient with us as we tried to get her documents while getting our current house ready to list and still trying to parent two kids under 4. I cannot speak highly enough about MortgageCS and would highly recommend them to anyone buying a home.
