Rachel is horrible with her customer service. She is clueless to what’s going on and how to process a loan. She promised a call back from her district manager Bob Caine and guess what? He never called back either . Do not use this company . They are a joke and the rates are extremely high . I’m reporting them to the BBB today . Even when I called today with questions the lady on the phone said I started a week ago so I don’t know anything. Funny thing is , Rachel said the same thing the day before . There is a staffing issue and a training issue. Use them at your own risk .

So, let me tell you all about this team called Lucas and Justin plus the two ladies that helped me 99 times get my password together and how professional and awesome they all are,Lucas and Justin were phenomenal. I will only come to this branch they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I hope they all get a raise how they help people fix their lives. Love M.

Best experience, our rep was Terri, she was amazing, she kept in touch with us every step of the way, she explained every little detail, we closed our loan in 3 days, I will definitely recommend One Main Financial and Terri to anyone who’s looking for a quick loan.

Terry was fantastic at walking me thru my loan application. Qualified for much more than I wanted for a couple of small Bill's, so got my Christmas shopping done early. With delays in shipping due to covid, I ordered early enough to get gifts before Christmas. Terry made everything very easy!
