Lending Heights was one of several mortgage broker services I contacted when I was looking to purchase a home in late 2021. Other brokers, including those recommended by friends, gave me a difficult time and made me jump through lots of hoops because I am a contract employee and am technically paid hourly. They even expressed doubts I could secure a loan. Lending Heights did not have these same issues, however, and I was able to secure a loan at a reasonable rate quickly and easily through them. No complaints really.

Absolutely would recommend Lending Heights for all your lending needs. They are attentive, easy to work with, and really value their clients. They communicate in a way that makes it easy to understand the financial side of lending. I've worked with Kenaniah several times and I have YET to find a more dedicated mortgage lender!

My husband and I were referred to Justin from Lending Heights by our realtor to help us with the pre approval process for a new home. We tried working with 2 other lenders before hand and they were not quick to help us like Justin! He gave us worst and best case scenarios anytime we were interested in a property. This was my first home and I did not have an understanding of the local real estate landscape and mortgage process as an immigrant. Jesse Sidhu from the lending heights team helped me with the process. Jesse was very knowledgeable, patient and quick in responding to all my queries. I had to request an extension on the closing date from the sellers due to visa complications and had very short window to close the loan. Jesse was able to very quickly work through this challenge and some of the other visa hurdles I encountered during the loan process. Austin Campbell and Lending Heights went above and beyond in helping my wife and I secure a loan for a new home in April of 2022.
