Been a member of NET credit union all of my working career. Staff is friendly, treats me like I'm the only member. My only issue is getting the best rate on a car loan. I don't have the patience to play tag between NET and other banks. Why don't you just present your best rate up front? It's frustrating to get a loan rate beat by the dealer bank by points, not fractions. Then you have to go back to NET to get their best interests rate. I don't play games. Been told by car dealers that the banks fight each other to get my loan so why does NET not present their best offer up front?

Wow! $5 fee to cash a check drawn off a customer's account. Then the $4.25 ATM fee! What a PoS bank/credit union. Never again. And I can't wait to tell the lady that her bank wanted to charge me $5 for her check. I canceled the ATM and drove 3 minutes to Community Bank, NA.

Unfortunately, I find this financial institution to be undependable and the services outdated in comparison to other local financial institutions. The Olyphant ATM is out of service just as often as it is actually operational, and the credit union website often produces error messages. Most recently, you cannot access any links, such as contact information, on their website. Rather than spending members’ money on expensive television ads, I would prefer they invest in reliable services to allow convenient access to my money and credit union information. I have neither the time nor the inclination to continuously attempt to access my accounts without success, and if I have to rely on another financial institution’s ATM, then I might as well bank there. “Bank on NET”? I wish I could!

I enjoy visiting the Olyphant branch . They all know me . You can’t get no more personal then the way Devon, Alex, Melanie, Jess T treats me . They help with any questions or concerns I have . They are like family.

Very informed tellers and when I visited I was asked for my ID and I willingly complied. The teller did not know me and "once I get to know you I won't have to ask." I was asking for money and that pleased me that she was on-the-ball to ask me for my ID. I was very pleased.
