If no stars was an option - I'd choose that. ZERO stars for ZERO leadership skills. ZERO stars for terrible management. I had a progress meeting with the branch manager Beth, she said all these great things. The very next day, I am randomly * terminated. I was a floating teller & one day at the Cressona branch, a member came in & stated she specifically goes out of her way to go to the Cressona branch because the other locations are COLD. I couldn't believe my ears as the whole time I'm thinking it, a MEMBER * stated it. At the end of the day, I was done a favor * being terminated as I quickly found another job that pays more & treats me better. Thank you God :)

Why have a building if you never plan to let anyone inside? Saturday drive thru lines around the building....one poor teller working like crazy to take care of the 15 cars waiting while two others pretend to be working inside with the doors locked. After she gets through most of the cars one of the other people come to the window and decide to help. Good thing only 6 cars left....good banks are hard to find these days.

Terrible Hours, terrible service, constantly getting things wrong and or mixed up. I would not recommend going to this location it is a waste of time. I rather drive 10 minutes further to the Cressona location.

I've never seen a bank where I couldn't deposit through the ATM. Wish I would have known this before I signed up for an account and paid for checks

I honestly never leave bad reviews, but this has been the worst banking experience of my life. Mobile check deposit never works. I just spent 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru only for them to decline to cash my payroll check in case it should come back for lack of funds. I couldn't even deposit it and then withdraw any amount of cash because they're going to place a hold on my check for four business days. These banking practices are ridiculous in this day and age. Open an account at any credit union, or literally any other local bank.
