Absolutely horrendous regarding fraud if you call to ask about there professional opinion on the matter they will not give you a straight answer and then you will be on the hook for it bank somewhere else that actually cares about their membership

Wow! My girlfriend and I were in the area, we usually always go to the Lebanon branch bit we were already in Palmyra,and we had a couple checks to cash and the lady literally acted as if we were trying to commit fraud or something! I'm not kidding, she was like well I don't know you and we have to hold the checks blah blah blah..crazy how I have enough money in both of bank Accounts to where we have no worries about money. I took my buisness to the other branch and as usual, no problems! The checks were like $ 38.00, $50.00, and mine was $150.00, Pocket change! She should have clearly seen in the computer how often I am at the bank but because she didn't know my face I had to go all the way across town.

Online services are horrible to use. Not user friendly and takes direct to load or access anything on it. Cant call your branch, you get a generic call center that takes forever to get, you are on hold for over 30 minutes at a time, everytime.

One star because they never got me a title for the vehicle I had financed (and paid off early) through them. This was the first vehicle I’ve ever had to finance and no one had the forethought to explain how it works even if they did send the title.

This has been my bank for years. They treat you like family. Very pleased with the services they provide.
