We closed on a house in West Chester, PA and we are very happy with the way that Excel took us through the mortgage process. I am a bit skeptical by nature so I did some homework on rates and fees from other lenders including the big online brokers. Chris was offering a great rate with comparably low fees and I took comfort in knowing that they were a local group that I could physically meet with as opposed to an anonymous online broker. Anyway, we were vey happy with our experience. Would certainly recommend.
