For complaint purposes only back in January I fell behind on my loan, because I contracted covid I've been doing the best I can with payments so that it does not go into collections. let's just say today, after talking to the manager Dmitri, I felt like customer service really could not give a good God dam. He was trying to get blood from a turnip.

I have been a customer of OneMain Financial for about six years. Every time I need them, they are right there. The finance charge is very high, but when you're in need of financial assistance, you can't worry about the finance charge.

This was my second time with one main their staff was very informative and honest I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good lender

Absolutely amazing service. The lady I worked with answered every question I had and some I didn’t know to ask. I will be only using them for any future loans I get. Great service and super fast turn around . Had the money in less then 24 hours.

One main financial not only came through once for me but twice. Just when i needed cash the most. Never a issue. In and out with cash in 24 hrs. There was also a issue with my title and with no questions asked the manager cut me a check to resolve it. Not a bad thing to say about this location. ❤️

It would be amazing if this location had employees pickup the phone on Friday before advertised closing time

I talked to them on Monday sent over my paperwork on Tuesday had my money on Wednesday very quick and simple All digital signatures is very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful
