My experience with One Main Financial was one of the most interesting and rewarding experiences. I was not aware of all the ins and outs of applying for a loan. I learned alot but I got through it. Naomi was such a blessing, personable, funny, and her confidence level was outstanding. I love her. She helped me through every step which calmed my nerves. I thank her with all my heart. Thank you everyone at One Main Financial.

I've had one main financial for a couple of years paying on time with no problem. I go through a few months of a hard time and they say they can help, I spend time on the phone talking to the guy from the ridge ave office to get help he suggested. He even told me now everything is fine and up to date. When I say I had no problems paying them all of 2019 and 2020, or 2021, but 2022 I wasnt working as much, my rent increased so things have been hard you would think they would help as they continuedto tell me through emails and phone calls that they could!!! But nope the guy who I spoke to at the ridge office made me believe they would help even confirmed it. Instead, they did nothing at all. I can't wait until this loan is over with, I won't be dealing with them again or suggesting them to anyone. Times are hard right now and I wasn't paying with no problem for a long time.

I've used OneMain for loans and they are good at explaining everything about their lending. However my recent visit to pay of the loan at this branch was very unpleasant. The associate was more concerned as to why one of my other accounts was closed rather than helping me pay off my balance. I had received a check after selling some property and had a check made out to OneMain financial. Even after presenting evidence of my account, the account number and other details, I felt like I was doing something wrong -- when I just needed to pay off my account. Regardless the associate made the effort and helped, but ended the service with, "I can't help you any further."

I had an excellent experience with Naomi Surillo. She is a class act and gave me extraordinary customer service. I highly recommend One Main. I have been a customer since 2012. I also met Dave, the branch manager. He is very friendly and welcoming. There was a slight hiccup with the first payment, but it was quickly resolved. Fast, efficient five-star service. You won't be disappointed. This team gets you results. Thanks!

Switched the bank account I make payments on for my loan through OneMain Financial. Still tried to come through my old bank account. Called to verbally tell them the correct account the payment needs to be made from, still tried coming through my old account after the payment was made through my new account. Then OneMain hit me with a $50 fee for returned payment, again after the payment was made. Took about 5 phone calls over a month before they told me they wouldn't refund me this $50 fee.

My experience with Onemain Financial was a great and smooth process, They were quick, professional and they went over the contract in detail with me so that I understood exactly what I was signing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
