I had the very best experience at this CNB branch, and although I do not bank regularly here, when setting up a new HSA account for work, I could not have had a better encounter. I was treated kindly by everyone from the customer service agent on the phone to every employee I met along the way, especially the Assistant Manager, Cricket. She went out of her way to assist me with setting up an account when I was under pressure from a new employer to do so. I appreciate good customer service, and I found that exceedingly at this branch. Highly recommend.
