Corenna was fantastic she walked me through everything. I felt very comfortable. And it was even a very reasonable rate!

Chanti was super nice and very helpful with assisting me with signing up for the check cashing card for first time. Chanti was extremely knowledgeable and made me aware of everything that was available to me as an ACE customer! The miscommunication was that getgo gas atations ATM are fee free. The one I use I told her charges me nd will not allow me to take out anything if I have $20.00 bc of this fee. She then told me about one specific area where the getgo was free from fees so the next time I was over there I went there but it was the same deal! It doesn't make sense to me that not even one type of atm would be free;

Jamie was such a great help. She does a great job at what she does. She listens to what the customer needs. She explains anything the customer don’t understand. She is very patient. Had a great experience with Jamie. Won’t hesitate coming back seeing her smiling face!!

Chanti is very helpful I went in twice because I was so unsure about cashing my check and I just wanted to get in and out but she made it so easy and wasn’t mad that I came back. Chanti is amazing! I appreciate this store so much!

Chanti helped me, as she always does when she is working, and is just a delight! She was able to help me figure out everything I needed to do, cashed and deposit a check for me into an account that needed verified, and she did it in such a polite and straightforward, thoughtful manner. Highly recommend dealing with this store, over others in the area, especially if she is on the counter!

Chanti was an amazing help had problems with my bank card that they issued me they were quick to help me resolve the issue that have become so complicated so thankful they worked as fast as they did made me feel like I counted when it came to my banking with them I appreciate what you guys did I do not worry I do not hold you responsible for the banks negligence you guys were great and resolve my problem quickly within hours. Looking for a good place to cash your check go to Ace cash express. Definitely can trust them. To help you at your worst times.
