I had a very good experience with the Gelman Loan Corporation. The shop was humble with history posted on the entrance. The woman who greeted me was extremely nice and made me laugh. Sam who helped me out was very friendly and sociable. I had never had to try to get a loan before and I was very nervous but it was quick, easy, and Sam was thorough. Hidden gem right near Bakery Square!

I’ve always had positive experiences at Gelman. I love everyone who works in there. They have a great selection of things and he’s always been reasonable and fair with me. Kind hearted people, I don’t believe he’s been around so long for no reason!

This is a wonderful place, Very honest and FAIR. they treated me wonderful, and to be honest they actually don't take advantage.They are the cheapest of any place to get your items back. Unbelievable greatest. Like doing business in the 1950s. Would recommend to anyone to stop here first. Was in and out in 20 minutes. I enjoyed there kindness and generosity.

I dealt with this pawn since 1981 and had two bad experience with the same employee. Around 1997 he swapped a guitar on me a generic one for one inlaid with mother of pearl. In 2020 he flat out stole a dell 17inch computer valued at $1000.00. I would have won a claim but could'nt find the recipe and since I paid cash at a best buy they could not issue one. The old owner of this shop who was honest died now there is a thief behind the counter!! (Sammy). Beware!!

Never going there again with anything i want gone. Brought em my old 39 inch tv. Told em it works n everything only thing wrong was the the sensor that turns the tv on n off was messed up. But you can still control it just gotta get up and turn the tv on manuely but you can still turn it off by remote. He goes then its broke. Then after he proceeds to say im sorry this tv is 5 years old im sorry i cannot help you. Im taking nothin to this pawn shop again.
