One Main Financial has been a tremendous help to my family and I. Anthony is amazing at what he does. He was able to get us a great car loan with a good interest rate and payments that will be paid off in a shorter period than we expected. Patrick and John are so helpful too. They make an exceptional team. I highly recommend One Main Financial for their remarkable customer service and loans.

Since it’s gone under new management absolutely horrible customer service, rude, insulting, most unprofessional management I’ve ever had to deal with!!!! We absolutely loved dealing with prior management and would have continued business with the company if in fact they were still there and the staff itself was so kind and accommodating. The new management is absolutely horrible he is so nasty, I cannot express in words how disappointing it is to have someone like him know so many personal, important, private information about our personal life. We’ve only had to deal with 2 men 1 being manager and both being horrifying to deal with!!! Once again scary that he has access to our private info. He harasses us every month about payment which has NEVER been late. He sends a letter every month telling us we need to be on automatic withdraw which we were but they took a double payment out !!!!! So we stop it by paying our bills monthly once again NEVER late!! We have such a good relationship with the company that we are offered money regularly for loans for up to $30,000 I will not except their offers anymore as long as I have to deal with that office and that manager is there !! I can not stress how upsetting it is that I have contacted upper management and he called before I did and lied to them about a particular situation and they did nothing! Horrible horrible manager!!! Patrick you are a very unprofessional manager i would like you to stop harassing us every month! I will be sending every harassing letter to the corporate office every time you send one!!!! You are also the reason the company has not made any additional money off of us!

Thank you John, Wonderful advice, and help all the way through my loan process. All done the same day. Customer service is a thing of the past in many places. Not at One Main Financial,. I felt very comfortable with going into the office and actually doing business with a n honest person. I would highly recommend.

Terrible. My husband as a loan with them. They lied to him about several things. Their staff is terrible especially Stuart. He hangs up on people when they talk back to him. Just reported him to corporate and have to now get my lawyers involved! Stay away from them!

Worst salesman I ever encountered. The call started I could barely hear Max due to woman's loud voice in the background. I was inquiring about $3000 loan, when the load agent came back on the line he gave me numbers for a $6000 loan. I explained I only needed half that amount. He then began to explain MY finances to me based on my credit report and why I should take a higher loan. I explained again that I only wanted 3k. He ran the numbers for 3k loan as well as 4k loan. About 20 min into the call, I uploaded all documents. He asked about closing the loan, I thought we were in that process. He then was telling me it's 530 n he's done work, he's booked next day and when would I like to close the loan. As I began to ask what else is needed? Can we do this online? And other general questions regarding the process he kept speaking over me saying he's done working now. I said again previous questions. I felt so disrespected as I wasn't clear on the process that he just kept speaking over me. Add to that the several lectures I received about why I should borrow more money. I ended up hanging up on the man as I was so upset. Then I decided to call 2 days later hoping to finish the loan process but the woman that answered was very sarcastic and short with me. She also said that Max will contact me as he was in a meeting,I have yet to be contacted 2 days later. I likely will not deal with this company again, very rude at Babcock Blvd office

Absolutely do not recommend. I was a graduate student during 2020/2021 and harassed daily for being behind on payments after a family death that required extensive travel. I told them I would make a payment on a specific future date when I would be getting paid again and to please stop calling me, and they stated that the calls would not stop until payment was made. The company actually has a reasonable and generous repayment plan if you fall behind, but this branch has rude and threatening employees. I’m still at a loss for words at how they speak with their customers. Brian in particular actually stated that my assets (a vehicle that I bought when I was 20, and spent my adult life paying off) is essentially his (personally his) because he owns stock in the company. Now that I’m finished with school I cannot wait to pay off my balance and completely wash my hands of them.

VERY POOR expierience with One Main Financial. Branch Manager has a terrible Attitude towards gaining more business and her Customer Service Skills are lacking. Stay away from the Backcock Blvd, North Hill Pa location. You would never know they’re in business to help people and make money for their corporation. STAY AWAY
