Today, I needed to get a pay off amount on mine and my husband's vehicles and have the information faxed to the credit union I am refinancing through. The lady I talked with on the phone was great to work with, nice and efficient. It was a short phone call and effective.

The consumer loan and underwriting divisions of PNC, occupying 2760, 2730 and 2600 of the Liberty Commons. They have done a really good job during covid with their employees and they are slowly returning as much needed remodeling is being done on the facility.

The worst banking experience. They enjoy charging $7.00 for phone payment. I've struggled with their online service. Horrible. Avoid these people.
