Very friendly staff that gives extra effort to ensure a great experience for their members. Also very thorough explaining their services to members. There are excellent promotions such as the Christmas Club allowing members to maximize their savings, and the SSB staff is adamant on notifying their members of these opportunities. Overall a trustworthy bank that provides excellent customer service.
