This place need to be shutdown and made to give all it's clients money back they take your money them an inventhelp are a fraud and taking ppl money ppl invention just sit nothing happen or no progress made they need reform an clients need refund asap

Wish I could leave a negative start review. Never do business with this company. Deborah is the rudest and most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with. Steer clear!!!

Company is the biggest joke of a company I have ever seen they have my credit card number wrong so that the payment was declined they sent me a notice so i make the payment that day with a different card and they get the payment on March 30 but they report to the credit companies that I'm 30 to 59 days late they will not fix the issue even though I have the proof that they are wrong don't deal with this company some of the worst people i have ever dealt with i will be bringing a lawsuit against them

This company has very rude people working there... Especially a woman named CHRIS... she is extrememly unprofessional and rude on the phone. I would never do business with Universal!!!

I have a great invention which I spent years developing and have a working prototype. This company is the way Inventhelp chooses to have people pay. I see why. Anyways, I was lied to and very much taken advantage of and my money and time was waisted. $6300 actually. I left for good reason and this was a couple of years ago I think. U.P.C. has been very rude and has interfered with my personal life and credit so I could not do things I need to do. I'm sure this will end in court. And I have all the proof I need to get all my money back plus mental anguish. Thanks UPC
