Cross Valley Federal Credit Union, Plains Township, PA

I have been with Cross Valley FCU since 1995. I had another bank for a very brief time before joining Cross Valley. I would never chose any other institution! Banking. Loans. Always the Best service. I honestly do not know why anyone would go anywhere else !

We have worked with this bank (the same wonderful woman) for years. She has helped us refinance our home loan twice, has given us helpful information and was completely professional while still being friendly. We have had 3 car loans through them as well and the rates were absolutely amazing. We do almost everything through autopay so it is super easy. We have never once had an issue and will continue to use this bank for as much as possible.

Horrible! Absolutely no idea what customer service entails. They make you jump through multiple hoops to deposit money into your own account without valid explanation as to why you've got to jump. There is no need to wonder why CVFCU cannot keep members.

Good bank as long as you don't make a mistake. I moved and went through a divorce- accidentally overdrew my new account ($140). This ended up costing me $280.00 in fees because the same things were put through 3 times and I was not notified at all (this happened within a few days). Bottom line- I was told I should be checking my account everyday. After weeks of calling they finally refunded one of the $35 fees, said I should be grateful for that. They may want to find another way to generate revenue instead of relying on their customer's misfortune.

This is a horrible credit union, they are biased and the customer service is at best very minimal. They offer very little banking options, unaccommodating and they do not value you , your money or your service.
