I have a current loan with one main. I’m using a vehicle as collateral. Was on a modification payment. Paid that and now need to transfer a title to another car. I was told I had to wait over a month to switch collateral. I’m paying on a vehicle that isn’t driving along with insurance for the non working car all bc the loan needs insurance. I have left several messages from the manager and sent emails. No response. This is unbelievable. Do not put up collateral for any loan especially if you own it.

I applied for a loan through here just to check out my options as I had already gotten approved for other loans… I selected it would be for a vehicle. I receive a call stating they would need the title to my vehicle I ALREADY OWN as a collateral? On top of them having the title to a vehicle I would be leasing as well. Super sketchy and I do not recommend! Go somewhere else for a loan

I started out with this branch seemed ok until after the loan was paid in full. I requested a new one as I needed a refrigerator but they treated me like I was a bad customer and refused to do a new loan without collateral. Seemed odd when I went to a different branch got completely better treatment and was out the door in a day with the money I needed. This one is not worth the trip.

The staff was professional and answered all my questions. They were organized and understood my concerns regarding my loan . Highly recommend this organization to my friends and family. They made the loan process simple and stress free.

Manager (Bobbi) is your absolute best friend with stellar communication UNTIL your loan is dispersed and you're in repayment. Several calls attempting to get some details on repayment terms/scenarios and I absolutely cannot get a call back from her, or any financial advisor in the building. Unless you are an opportunity for commission on a loan approval you may as well be a telemarketer.

Shane always professional and respectful, handles contract details and the ability to upload information from cellphone for application. Asset to this location!

This place is a true scam. My husband and I went there around 4:15 430 Shane is the one that did my application. He said nothing to us about insurance or having to put insurance on our policy. He decided to add it for his business and not let us know just to get his quarters that he needed. Therefore, I am ordering that they remove my insurance off of his policy. I will have my lawyer contact them very shortly I had two strokes, and he knew it so he was rushing me to fill my application out quickly, so I’m asking you at this point in time to remove. The insurance from my policy I would like it removed immediately because you scanned me into signing this you were in a quick rush to get us out of there
