I asked to unenroll from direct pay. informed the teller I was going through a debt consolidation company to relieve my debt and he started to cut me off and get short with me. Told me I can no longer do business with them; to which I said that is fine this isn't my first time. He laughed and said good luck with ruining your credit for a decade (which is not correct) and promptly hung up on our conversation. VERY HIGH INTEREST RATES AND FEES!!!! SOME NOT ALL UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF IN THE OFFICE! some that are decent actually want to help but if they can't help you, they treat you like the plague and become rude if they cant get their commission from you
