They seem fine, though to be fair I don't use them as my primary bank and just have a money market account with them. One thing I did notice though when I was in there is that the workers dress very casual. Not even 'office casual'. They look like they should be at a BBQ. Appearances are important and frankly to me that shows a lack of professionalism. I probably would not use them for any serous banking.

The bank seems fine. I just got a car loan with them. They allowed me to take out a loan with 0 credit, which was awesome. I just think a $5 transaction fee for any payment method is pretty ridiculous.

I love this bank but PLEASE fix the website and mobile app, everything online is broken. Hope you'll hire a professional to take over rather than relying on whichever third party who's very much aware that it's jank.

I've had my current account with CACL since 1980. That's 40 years of incredible service, friendly staff, good rates, compassionate banking and trust. I've never had an issue that couldn't be resolved. As times have changed, services have kept pace. I use online banking several times a week (most of the time, I log in daily) and have no issues. I love my little credit union and am grateful to have such a partner looking out for my financial health.

If I could give a half star I would!! I’ve been with CACL since 2018 and it’s been NOTHING but trouble. Money randomly goes missing from your account and they offer horrible customer service. They have security issues left and right. Their online banking is the biggest joke I’ve even seen. The login system is outdated and it’s inconvenient. Their tellers are rude and downright mean. I thankfully didn’t have this happen but my parents have had issues of having to get new cards becasue of their horrible security issues. I’ve had multiple issues where i had well over enough money in my account and the card would decline and I couldn’t do anything about it. The withdrawal fee from ATM’s is ridiculous. Their new chip cards? A JOKE!!! They don’t work half the time and make checking anywhere a battle. I would rather have a troll under a bridge manage my money!! GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

CACL credit union has to be the worst experience I ever had. It involved mistaken identity and internal negligence. The crime took place in October, we found out the first week in January when my wife, Cosigner to the loan gets a delicate letter. I wanted to call the State Police to report a theft of my money because the loan wasn't paid and the money in my savings to make the payments was gone. After the smoke cleared and dust settled, it was all on an employee. Never got we sorry from the bank...I have paid the loan off and closed the accounts...I NEVER will do business with that circus again !!!!
