Absolutely terrible. It started off nice, sounded amazing got approved. But they sold me on a service that pays for your monthly payment as long as your on unemployment... but they always made the payments late. Putting my credit score well under 500.. when 4 months ago I was at 650.. I bring this to They're attention but there's nothing they can do, they try to blame me for they're wrong doing. They sold and provided me with an add service.. they don't call them for you they don't even tell you that your responsible for correcting issue. But they take your payment and proof to send to the agency?.. This place is just a legal scam to draw in low credit household members to put in debit while they collect. Neighbor of mine went through the same issue. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS POURLY RAN SERVICE TO ANY ONE!

The female I delt with was extremely professional and so caring, she was a pleasure to work with. I can only hope the rest of your agents are as nice as her.
