G2Loans did a great job on a rental loan we closed on a few months ago. The process was easy and straightforward and was one of the few lenders we spoke to that would do a DSCR loan on an $80,000 purchase. Eric was very responsive and got quotes to me quickly whenever we had a new property we were interested in! We loved the quick responses that we could always reach out to ask questions.
