My sister referred me to Contour after a couple successful refinances. The process was super easy from the very beginning, and I could NOT be happier. I emailed Joe to get the process started, and he called me within 10 minutes of getting my email. We got the process started right away on August 19. Within an hour, he knew what rate and payment he could get me (better than any other lender could do, by almost a full percent). Joe always responded within minutes of me emailing or texting him. From there, he had Chrissy reach out to complete the processing of my refinance. Like Joe, she always responded within minutes of me emailing her. I was able to complete the refinance completely electronically, with absolutely no hassle, and without having to go outside of my house for any reason (notary, etc). On September 20, we closed our refinance, and Contour sent a notary to MY HOUSE to complete the signing. Contour owed me a small refund when all was said and done, which I had within a week. I absolutely recommend Contour to anyone who is willing to listen!

Joe Fryzol, at Contour Mortgage, is the very best at what he does! I consider him a "student of the loan" because he knows his loan products inside and out, and where exactly the customer will fit after just a few qualifying questions!!!
