Rates that this credit unions are great, but some of the attitude of the staff isn't very friendly. I wish they had a better online platform. There was a lot of inconvenience just to do some paperwork or even set up an appointment especially with some of the times being during working works for some people.

I am very upset with this bank and after tax season I plan on switching . My fiancé and I have been together for 2 years and have a kid together. She had complications during pregnancy and could not work after the baby was born. I work two jobs to support her and the kids . I had called and asked why her credit card payments weren’t going through . The lady who was rude from the moment she answered the phone told me that I could not pay anything in her name. WITH THE MONEY I WORK FOR. I had asked her if there was any way I could sign something that says I want her bills taken out of my account . She said no it’s our policy. This bank is trash

Been a member for years. The ladies are great and patient!

This Bank is very good to start building, and to save money thank you for everything and more important they haved very good people working there

I cant stand there parking

I have been a member for a few years now and have had mostly positive dealings with my credit union. I was reading some of the other comments before I wrote and one of them is valid and that would be parking. But you are going to have that any place in the city.

Absolutely horrible banking institution, avoid this place like the plague.
