New owners seem to been very sneaky perhaps staff. My tv was almost sold during my pawn even though renewal was not do a $3000 tv and then damaged at that. Then sold item that didn’t work and when I went to return it didn’t supposedly match the serial number in system so my 30 day guarantee was not guaranteed. Staff expected me to stay calm and not be upset when being told nothing can be done after I realized something was suspicious and began to raise their voice if not guilty then stay calm. To me seems like a someone switching items out from within their own company making customers pay. Please be careful. 911 and court had to get involved.

A lot different than how it use to be. I was in and out in 5 mins, didn’t have to wait for approval on the amount or item I took in, got the amount I requested without any hassle, overall pleasant experience honestly.

Under New Management. The sales staff were super nice. The facility is very clean well and of course they have parking in the front which is a plus. They Treated me as if you where family instead of just some random customer. They were very knowledgeable and and very respectful. I hope the people in charge of the store are aware of how great there employees are. People like that are very hard to come by. Communication is everything and they have that down packed. Thanks again for your outstanding service and I definitely will continue doing business. your Awesome😃
