Having too many issues with money seemingly disappearing from our account and it's not accounted for and no help it seems in try to solve it ..

Had a problem depositing money into my account but they were very helpful and kind when I went in to resolve the problem

Closes before 5. I have deposited a payroll check as cash for the past six months and Marie at red hill said she wasn’t able to because it was paper. Do tell? Every other local branch from sellersville to Exton has had no problem doing said task. This bank needs to close.

Computer made a mistake reading a check and deposited $40 for a $400 check. It's been 3 business days and I'm still waiting for them to credit my account. Would not recommend banking with Key Bank!! They do not respond timely to customer issues!

DO NOT DO YOUR BANKING HERE! They put a 10 day hold on a large financial institute check that was cleared to them in one day. It was my elderly fathers account. When I called to ask them to release the hold, they still gave me a hard time. This caused his real estate tax bill to get returned and added more fees, which they REFUSED to waive. I will be pulling all of our money out of here very soon!

Overdraft fees are ridiculous, takes forever for monthly payments to show on the account. Stuff never clears when it should so even my insurance on my vehicle has gotten cancelled, takes a minimum of 3 to 10 days for any transaction to show up. I overdraft my account and have been trying to correct the issue but I send money and they hit me with another overdraft fee. Go with a credit union!!!!! Oh and my account has overdraft protection. Glad to see that worked.
