I never had any problems here. The website is easy to use, the mobile app works well and this branch has very nice employees.

We went here because it is the closest branch. We dealt with long wait times and slow workers. We kept giving them another chance. Recently we went to withdraw funds from one of our accounts. They refused to help us. We were going to close this account. They refused to let us. They said you need to come inside. We said okay. Then they said we can’t bring anyone inside and the managers are busy. We said, just bring the paperwork to the door or let us withdraw most of the funds and close the account later. They refused. No cars were in the parking lot so I don’t understand how they were full. We have other accounts with this company but if their service keeps deteriorating we will not stay with them. Beware of this company.

I always get quick, friendly service here. The location is so convenient, inside of Giant. No special trip needed! They do lots of promotions here for opening new accounts and start you off with five dollars in your account when you open it. Free from there if you keep that five dollar minimum.

This place was much more convenient when it was inside Giant. They also had better service then. Don't bother with the drive-thru. You are last priority and it takes forever. Also didn't appreciate that they list their hours as open at 8. The lobby doesn't open till 9 and some things you just can't handle in the drive-thru

A lot of hidden fees, they withhold the fact that if you take out a savings and CD accounts that you can of course put money into those accounts electronically but if you want to transfer out of members first and into another account they force you to come to withdrawal in person. No other financial establishment has this I suggest discover bank to just bank online with a 1.9% savings account, yea savings account you can pull it out if you need it. here sits members with .85% CD locking your cash up. Customer service also closed often. Furthermore and finally the quote they gave me for a car loan, changed when the dealer called them to retrieve it, turns out they have an agreement with Lancaster county automotive and sold my loan to LCM @ another full percent. I should have printed my quote to save an entire percent on our car loan. Great practices.

I swear this bank stays afloat by charging you fees they shouldn’t be charging you then lie about it! This is literally the only bank I’ve ever used that will bounce a check on you even when the funds are in your account and you have proof of it. This has happened so many times I started taking screenshots of my account as proof AND they still say I’m wrong!

Went in the cash a check my buddy was signing over to me. Tried to tell the teller 3 times that the check is going to me and not him. She said since she couldn't find his account "there's nothing I can do with this." Then slid me and card and check over with the biggest attitude ever. Girls attitude is worse than the economy. I asked her what's wrong with the check. Girl literally said nothing. Asked her again, no response. Tell me your miserable without telling me your miserable.

Don't ever use them they will hit you with a bunch of fees if your account goes in the negative and won't work with you to fix it.
