I can not recommend this closing company strongly enough. Diligent, thorough, EXTREMELY reasonably priced. I had the misfortune of dealing with a lender who can not be spoken of politely; absolutely wretched experience. If it had not been for Northern Tier's efforts the real estate purchase may never have happened. Outstanding group of professionals, extremely helpful, and always available to offer advice and insight.
