Went in to open a new checking account and they were very rude and had an attitude. Tried to enroll in online banking and the activation code I was given from the individual who was suppose to be knowledgeable, gave me an activation code that could not validate me. Spent over an hour just to open an account, plus spent another 30 plus minutes trying to fix things. I think I will close my account and go else where.
